Project Name:
NTC Sensor Aging Test System

Project Purpose:
NTC sensor performance testing with automated data acquisition, including 5V and 12V voltage stress testing. All test data is automatically captured and saved.

Test Flow and Operation:
The system includes three water baths: Tank 1 at 85°C, Tank 2 at 5°C, and Tank 3 at 85°C. A robot loads the parts for testing by inserting the terminal end into the test board at the assigned position, while the opposite end is placed into a fixture frame. The fixture is automatically transferred through a repeating cycle: first to Tanks 1 and 2 for high low temperature shock, then to Tanks 2 and 3, then back to Tanks 1 and 2, continuously for aging. Data is collected automatically throughout the process.
