AUTOMATED WELDING & SOLDERING

Robotlyne automated welding helps you achieve reliable, repeatable weld quality at scale. Cut scrap and material waste while increasing throughput and overall line efficiency.

Customer Automated Welding Builds You Can Reference

From repeatable weld quality to higher throughput, these customer machines show what automation can do when the process is engineered correctly. Browse the examples, then tell us your bottleneck. We will help you map the fastest path to a more stable welding process.

Flexible Automated Resistance Welding and Soldering Machine

This automated system supports welding for a wide range of NTC sensors and resistors. After selecting the required recipe on the HMI, the machine can run either resistance soldering or resistance welding without changing equipment, helping minimize changeover time and reduce downtime.

Functions: Automatic feeding, component lead forming, welding, and automatic stacking.

Throughput: 3000 PCS/H.

Supports: MES. Can operate in standalone (standalone) mode or connected (in-line) mode.

Automated Laser Solder Ball Soldering Equipment

After passing through a precision ball separation unit, individual solder balls are released into a guide channel and positioned at the bottom of the nozzle. A laser then melts the solder ball inside the nozzle. At the specified timing, the molten solder is ejected by nitrogen gas pressure onto the joint surface. The solder wets and bonds with the workpiece surface, forming a new solder joint.

Throughput: 3000 PCS/H.

Supports: MES. Can operate in standalone (standalone) mode or connected (in-line) mode.

MES Enabled Welding Machine

Connect your welding workstation to MES and take control of every job. Push work orders and recipes right to the HMI, lock in critical settings, and automatically capture weld current, force, time, and pass/fail results for full traceability. See live status, alarms, and downtime reasons so you can lift OEE, cut scrap, and make changeovers faster across products. Pull clean reports for quality reviews and audits, and spot issues early with data you can trust.

Modular Welding Workstation

Connect this welding workstation with your upstream wire cutting, stripping, and routing equipment, then hand off to downstream AOI inspection. You get smoother part flow, fewer manual touches, and a more stable cycle. Tell us your line layout and we will recommend the right interfaces and signals.

Drop the station into a traditional line and boost output right away. It runs as a self contained unit, so you can improve consistency and throughput without rebuilding your whole process. When you upgrade later, keep the same station and plug it into new upstream and downstream equipment. Share your part and target cycle time, and our engineers will provide a free automation review.

What is Welding Automation?

Welding automation is when a machine or robot uses preset recipes to run the weld the same way every time. You set key parameters like speed, voltage, and current, and the system applies them consistently to join different materials faster and with less variation.
