Line Side Warehouse and Logistics Automation Solution
FuLaiDi, a prominent electronics manufacturer, aimed to scale its production capacity through an advanced Automated Warehouse implementation. We collaborated to replace traditional manual handling with a smart intralogistics system on the shop floor. This transition was engineered to streamline material flow, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and drive significant gains in overall production efficiency.
Our approach
Tailored to the specific production and processing workflows, we designed an integrated automation solution that encompasses raw material handling, inter-process transfers of semi-finished goods (WIP), finished product outbound logistics, and strategic line-side storage design.
