Project Objectives
This retrofit concept was developed for an existing Ejiao production process. It combines infrared temperature monitoring, automated steam and purified-water control, and digital process visibility without replacing the complete production equipment.
The existing process required better visibility and control around temperature, steam and purified-water supply. The retrofit therefore focused on three practical goals:
Improve Temperature Visibility
Measure process temperature in real time without direct contact, even in a humid or mist-prone environment.
Automate Process-media Control
Coordinate steam and purified-water supply through pneumatic valves and process instruments.
Centralize Process Data
Make temperature, pressure, flow and equipment status available through digital interfaces.
Our Solution
Infrared Temperature Monitoring
A non-contact infrared sensor was integrated with the existing production equipment.
Motorized Anti-fog Mechanism
A stepper-motor-driven mechanism helps reduce mist interference around the measurement point.
Automatic Steam and Water Control
Pneumatic valve groups regulate steam pressure and purified-water flow according to the control logic.
Digital Monitoring Platform
APP, Web and dashboard interfaces can display process data through local or cloud deployment.
Process Flow
The retrofit connects field measurement, control logic, valve actuation and digital display into one continuous control loop.
- Collect temperature, pressure, flow and equipment-status signals.
- Compare the measured values with the configured process setpoints.
- Adjust the steam and purified-water valves according to the control logic.
- Maintain the required temperature and pressure conditions during production
- Display key process data through APP, Web and electronic dashboards.。
